I had a question about ABTheme – instead of a permanent license, how about a transferable one?

The short answer: unfortunately, the ABTheme key is locked to a particular blog location, so transferring it to another site is impractical. However, it’s priced so low (including free to ActiveBlogging members if they wish to use their credits), that I feel it works well for each site.

However, there is another option – a yearly lease of ABTheme. That is, instead of a permanent license, a yearly renewed license.

Basically, you’d grab a license when you buy your domain, and renew similarly. And of course, prices would be lower – I’m guessing $10 for a yearly license would be reasonable.
