He has over 20 years of telecommunications experience. Prior to ShoreTel, Mr. Weisner served as Vice President of Global Support Services at Cisco WebEx LLC (also known as Webex Communications Inc.) since July 2003, where he was responsible for worldwide call center operations, account management, installed base revenue programs and overall customer satisfaction. He served as Senior Director of Customer Care from April 2002 to July 2003. From October 1999 to March 2002, he served as Vice President of Customer Operations for InternetConnect, Inc.
